Do Not Drink … Play!
If you enjoy having a a beer from time to time, keep your cash at home if you are going to do your drinking in a casino. I’m serious. Leave your purse, your billfold, and leave all cash, plastic credit and checkbooks at home. Only take whatever cash you anticipate to use on refreshments, tips and whatever pocket change you intend to squander and leave the rest behind.
Cynical? Not at all. Realistic more like. You can have a success after a boozy evening out with your friends and be lucky enough to hit a long roll at a smokin craps table. Hang on to that story considering that it is as short-lived as it gets if you regularly drink and bet. The two just don’t go well together.
Keeping your moolah at home might be a little bit excessive, but preventative measures for drastic behavior is a requirement. If you bet to win, then do not drink and play. If you like to blow your $$$$ without a worry, then consume all the free beer you are able to handle, but don’t pack credit cards and checks to toss into the mix of going after losses after your dead drunk head throws away everything!
Let me to carry this 1 step further. Don’t drink alcohol and then head on the web to play in your favorite online casino either. I love to cocktail from the comfort of my condominium, but seeing that I am connected through Neteller, Firepay and keep credit cards in close proximity, I can’t drink and gamble.
Why? Despite the fact that I don’t consume alcohol to excess, once I drink, it is absolutely sufficient to blur my judgment. I wager, so I don’t consume alcohol when betting. If you are more of a drinker, do not gamble at the same time. When mixed, both create a dangerous, and crazy, cocktail.
