Do Not Drink … Gamble!
If you enjoy a cocktail every now and then, keep your cash at home if you are going to do your consuming in a casino. I am serious. Clean out your handbag, your money belt, and keep all money, credit cards and checkbooks back at the hotel. Only take whatever money you expect to spend on refreshments, tips and few dollars you anticipate to lose and leave the rest behind.
Cynical? Not really. Realistic more like. You could experience a win after a boozy night out with your comrades and be lucky sufficiently to catch a marathon toss at a on fire craps game. Don’t forget that adventure because it is as brief as it gets if you regularly drink alcohol and wager. The pair simply don’t go well together.
Keeping your cash at home might be a tiny bit dramatic, but preventative actions for excessive actions is a requirement. If you gamble to win, then don’t drink and play. If you like to throw aside your money nary a concern, then consume all the gratis booze your stomach are able to handle, but do not pack credit cards and checkbooks to toss into the mix of going after squanderings after your drunk as a skunk head throws away all the cash!
Permit me to carry this one step further. Don’t drink and then head on the web to gamble in your best-liked casino either. I enjoy a cocktail from the coziness of my house, but because I am linked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep charge cards near by, I can not drink alcohol and wager.
Why? Even though I do not consume alcohol to excess, once I consume alcohol, it’s absolutely sufficient to blur my judgment. I bet, so I do not consume alcohol when gambling. If you are a drinker, don’t wager when you do. Both create a ferocious, and costly, drink.
